Local agendas: what is on the docket
The moment an item in a tracked family — data centres, energy and the grid, oil and gas, next-generation vehicles (EVs and charging, autonomous vehicles, the makers by name) — is posted on an UPCOMING council or planning agenda, across the watched US local governments. Meeting, body, date and item text are the clerk’s own publication, re-served with its link. The SITING / OTHER class is derived by a rule table and labelled as such. A place whose sources the watch cannot read is stated, never counted as clear.

Nothing here is a finding about their agendas; it is the list of what is not yet readable, so nobody mistakes silence for calm. A clerk’s mailing list or a different egress is the way in.
